Rav Baruch Rubanowitz hails from Los Angeles, California and has spent most of his life as a practicing Dayan, Rav, educator and mohel in Israel. Presently he serves as the Rav of Kehillat Kol Rina in Nachlaot, Yerusholayim and as an Av Beis Din.
